#  加入团队

适用于受邀的团队成员，帮助您提高使用 ONES 的体验。在此查看或更新个人设置，例如密码、邮箱、默认仪表盘。

### 一、接受邀请

在管理员发送邀请后，用户的邮箱会收到一封由<<sys@mail.al.ones.ai>>发送的邀请函，点&#x51FB;**`加入团队`**&#x6309;钮；或者团队成员也可能收到管理员发送的某个邀请链接，直接打开。输入用户名和密码即可成功。

若此前被邀请人的邮箱已注册 ONES 账号，那么加入新团队的同时自动退出之前的团队。

### 二、账户信息

右上角的默认头像不够有吸引力？点击头像图片在下拉框进入个人中心，放置光标于头像处，点击照相机，接下来换上喜欢的头像吧！

作为团队一员，账户信息还可以设定用户名、职位、邮箱及登录密码，如果个人信息有变化，为保障在使用时沟通顺畅，顺利及时接收邮箱提醒，请及时更正。

### 三、管理仪表盘

仪表盘是个人工作中不可或缺的部分，用以观察所个人所关注的工作内容。

* 创建仪表盘：根据工作需要为仪表盘起名后，勾选该仪表盘是否会经常用，最后选择共享给哪些成员即可；
* 设定常用仪表盘：在仪表盘新建完成后，将保存于「我创建的」目录下，切换“常用仪表盘”按钮即可添加；
* 首页显示：常用仪表盘当中可以选择一个在首页展示，常用仪表盘 > 默认首页 >  设为首页；
* 操作：点按 <img src="/files/-M7DA19QjCUswKk1k4B1" alt="" data-size="line"> 图标删除当前目录的仪表盘，点按 <img src="/files/-M7DADJwPaDRo2RNu16j" alt="" data-size="line"> 图标复制当前目录的仪表盘，点按 <img src="/files/-M7DANIeKAowNvGk2OZf" alt="" data-size="line"> 图标编辑当前目录的仪表盘。
